Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the app or by emailing support@drsentio.com.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Your access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

7-day first-purchase guarantee: if this is your first DrSentio subscription and you cancel within 7 days of the first payment, you will receive a full refund on request.
After 7 days, subscription fees for the current period are non-refundable, except as required by law or where a verified technical failure on our side prevented you from using the Services for a substantial period.
Annual plans cancelled after the 7-day window are not refunded pro-rata; access continues until the end of the year.

Sessions are paid per-session at the psychologist's listed fee.
Cancellation by you: cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the session start for a full refund or free rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable, as the psychologist's time is reserved.
Cancellation by the psychologist: you will be offered a free rescheduling or a full refund of the session fee.
Missed sessions (no-show by you): non-refundable.
Technical failure: if a session cannot be conducted due to a verified platform failure, you receive a full refund or free rescheduling.

Request refunds via the app or support@drsentio.com.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 business days of approval (bank timelines may add a few days).

Refund and cancellation terms for institutional agreements are set out in the applicable service agreement.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian law.
