1. Who we are
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the DrSentio mobile applications, website (drsentio.com), and related services ("Services"), operated by INSAAAJ Tech Private Limited, a company incorporated in India with registered office at First Floor, Enkay tower, Plot B B1 Vanijya Nikunj, Industrial Complex Dundahera, Gurugram, Haryana - 122016, India ("DrSentio", "we", "us").
By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our AI Disclaimer, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
2. Eligibility
- You must be between 18 and 70 years of age and a resident of India.
- You must provide accurate information, including your date of birth, and keep your account credentials secure.
- You may not use the Services on behalf of another person without their consent.
3. Nature of the Services
DrSentio provides: (a) a platform connecting you with independent, licensed psychologists for paid consultations; (b) an AI companion for supportive conversation between sessions; (c) wellness tools including journaling, mood tracking, and ambient audio.
- DrSentio is not a healthcare provider. Psychologists on the platform are independent professionals responsible for their own services and professional conduct.
- The AI companion is not a therapist and does not provide medical or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment. See the AI Disclaimer.
- DrSentio is not positioned or certified as a medical device in any jurisdiction.
- DrSentio is not an emergency or crisis service.
4. Safety interventions
For your protection, our systems screen conversations for indications of serious risk (such as self-harm). If a high-risk situation is detected, the AI conversation may be paused, a psychologist may be alerted, and AI chat may remain unavailable until a psychologist has reviewed the situation and allowed continuation. You agree that DrSentio may take these steps as part of the Services.
5. Accounts and acceptable use
You agree not to: misuse or attempt to disrupt the Services; use them for any unlawful purpose; impersonate others; attempt to access other users' data; upload malicious content; scrape or reverse-engineer the platform; or use the AI companion to generate harmful or unlawful content.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
6. Subscriptions and payments
- Subscription pricing is displayed at purchase (currently ₹1,499/month or ₹8,999/year, inclusive of applicable taxes). There is no free plan.
- Psychologist consultations are charged separately at the fee displayed on the psychologist's profile.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. DrSentio does not store your card details.
- Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Appointments
Session bookings, rescheduling, and cancellation windows are shown at the time of booking. Psychologists may cancel or reschedule sessions; in such cases you will be offered a rebooking or a refund of the session fee.
8. Intellectual property
The Services, including software, design, and content (excluding your own content), are owned by or licensed to us. You retain rights in the content you create (journal entries, messages); you grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Services, as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Privacy and data
Our collection and use of personal data, including data retention (minimum 30 days for operational purposes; maximum 12 months for conversation data, subject to regulatory requirements), is described in the Privacy Policy, in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation; we are not liable for the acts or omissions of independent psychologists; and our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Services shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to DrSentio in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [CITY, INDIA] shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you.

We aim to acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Prior versions are archived and available on request.
